GENEVIÈVE ALBERT - director & writer

Geneviève Albert is a filmmaker hailing from Montreal (Quebec/Canada). She made her cinematic debut in 2007 with the documentary film "Paul Hébert, le rêveur acharné" which premiered at the International Festival of Films on Art. Her first foray into fiction filmmaking, "Will You Be Home Tonight?" (2009), went on to play in festivals all over the world. Her next piece, "La vie heureuse de Gilles Z", ceremoniously opened the Rendez-Vous du cinéma québécois in 2010. Geneviève`s recently-completed film, "The Crossing of the Living Room", is now starting its run on the festival circuit.

GeneviÈve Albert is currently pursuing her film career in Los Angeles while balancing a role in IRIS, the new show by Cirque du Soleil.
